Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties

Cleaning & Sanitisation: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, bathrooms, and offices to a 5-star standard, using approved chemicals and equipment. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and waste removal.

Linen & Laundry Management: Change bed linens, replenish towels and amenities, and manage laundry processes either on-site or via collection systems, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

Inventory & Reporting: Monitor and report low stock of cleaning supplies and guest amenities. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor or via designated systems.

Guest & Client Service: Interact politely with guests, residents, or staff, responding to requests professionally and maintaining a discreet presence. Uphold the reputation of the client's venue at all times.

Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety regulations, COSHH guidelines, and client-specific protocols. Ensure cleaning trolleys and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Must-Have Experience
- Proven experience in a commercial housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or domestic assistant role.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management to complete tasks within assigned schedules.
- A strong understanding of, and commitment to, hygiene and safety standards.
