in Marylebone, London W1G Office.
Candidate should have experience using SalesForce and Strong Outbound Call handling experience.
The role is initially working remotely from home.
Main Responsibilities Of Remote Administrator
- Filing, scanning and keeping records of receipts
- Communicating information to staff/customers /suppliers and contractors.
- Providing professional assistance via Phone calls and emails.
- Making arrangement of meetings and different reservation.
- Keeping a track of the daily schedule.
- Generating reports and presentation as per the employer’s demand.
- Organising and reordering office supplies and stationery.
- Data entry of transactions.
Candidates Requirements For Remote Administrator Job
- Prior administrative experience.
- Experience in using SalesForce.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills with high English proficiency.
- Flexibility in managing time and ability to work in busy timing.
- Must have the enthusiasm to work with and in team to meet the organisation’s requirements.
