Job Description: Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules on a range of mechanical and electrical plant equipment, including conveyor systems, pumps, motors, and HVAC units.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, diagnose faults efficiently, and carry out effective repairs to restore functionality with minimal operational disruption.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and tests on equipment, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., LOLER, PUWER).
- Complete accurate maintenance logs, work order documentation, and reports using both paper-based and digital systems (CMMS experience is advantageous).

- Work collaboratively with production teams, Stock Controllers, and other engineers to coordinate maintenance activities around production schedules.

- Adhere to strict lock-out tag-out (LOTO) procedures and safe systems of work, always prioritising personal and colleague safety.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
