- Monthly Reporting: Produce accurate and insightful cost/value reconciliations (CVRs), cash flow forecasts, and risk registers for presentation to the senior management team and client.
- Final Account Negotiation: Lead the agreement of the project's final account, ensuring all contractual entitlements are secured and the client relationship is maintained positively.
- Risk & Value Management: Proactively identify commercial risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to mitigate risk and maximise project margin.
To be successful in this demanding and rewarding Quantity Surveyor role, you must possess a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional Qualification: MRICS, FRICS, or equivalent degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is highly desirable. A minimum of 5 years' post-graduate UK experience is essential.
