Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare, submit, and negotiate interim valuations, final accounts, and cost/value reconciliations (CVRs).
- Manage subcontractor accounts from procurement and placement through to final measurement and payment certification.
- Identify, price, and agree on contract variations, ensuring all commercial changes are captured and claimed.
- Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting to the Project Manager, highlighting any financial risks or opportunities.
- Administer the main contract and subcontract conditions (typically JCT/NEC forms), advising the site team on commercial implications.
- Conduct site measurements and assist in the procurement of materials and packages as required.

Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on UK commercial or residential construction projects (£5m+ value).
- Relevant HND/Degree or RICS/CIOB progression (desirable but not essential).
