For candidates with all documentation ready (including a valid DBS on the Update Service and referenced), we can often facilitate a start within 1-3 working days. The most common delay is obtaining references or a new DBS check. We act as Emergency / Rapid Response Staff specialists, so speed is a priority. We recommend beginning the registration process as soon as you express interest to be 'job-ready' for the next available shift.
We partner with a diverse range of settings across BS34, including private day nurseries, preschools, children's centres, and nursery schools within primary schools. You might work in a small, homely setting one week and a large, purpose-built nursery the next. This variety is a key benefit of agency work, offering broad experience. We always consider your preferences and match you with settings that align with your skills and career goals.
Absolutely. Many of our temporary assignments have the potential to become temp-to-perm opportunities. Clients often use agency cover to trial a practitioner before offering a permanent contract. We also advertise direct permanent vacancies from our client partners. If you're seeking a permanent role, make this clear to your consultant, and they will prioritise assignments with permanent potential. You are never alone on assignment. Your dedicated consultant is your main point of contact for any queries, from payroll questions to feedback on your placement. We conduct regular check-ins to ensure you are happy and supported. Additionally, we offer access to online training resources and have a 24/7 support line for urgent matters. Yes, flexibility is at the core of our service. We have practitioners who work one day a week, others who work full-time blocks, and everything in between. When you register, we discuss your ideal working pattern. We then offer you shifts that match your availability. It's the same flexibility we offer for Field Operative jobs or warehouse roles – we tailor the work to your life.
